    But I think in our busy & fast moving days we have it for granted saying it can be practiced at retirement age or later days once I achieve my dreams. It’s actually a misconception thinking “the Yoga” is a mere body & breathing exercise, however Yoga means meeting point of yourself with Divine in you, so it can be done anywhere, anytime only through your thoughts power & universe will attract you to all good things in the world.
    So I insist everyone to practice yoga at the earliest stage of life to enjoy more benefits.
