Further bottle water is easy to carry. According to the CDC, bottle water will weaken the immune system and leads to cryptosporidium which causes nasty symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting etc.

People with immune deficiency are at the risk of waterborne illnesses or otherwise get from the regular water.

How to drink a safe and healthy water: Be it regular water or bottled water you have to follow these steps

Protect your bottle water: Never leave it in heated areas, don’t freeze your bottles.

Buy spring waters and avoid bottles labeled has purified water. Look for certification like NSF international which test bottle water companies.
